About Me: A Glimpse into My World

I'm excited to share a bit about myself – not just as a wedding officiant and marriage coach, but as a person with a story, just like you.

First off, I'm prayerfully navigating marriage, and along this journey, I've blended a family of two adult children and one little guy, not to mention our two adorable fur babies, Midas and Daisy (aka the Pit and the Puggle). They keep our home filled with love, laughter, and the occasional chaos! I am currently pursuing my education and licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist and serve as a board director for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at the Wedding Industry Professional Association. And I am sure by the time you’re reading this, I’ve probably joined something else or added another hobby to my list.

My passions? Well, I have an insatiable appetite for books – they are my windows to other worlds, so feel free to send me any book suggestions that you may have! Not that I don’t have enough already. And let's talk about seafood – it's not just a meal; it's my love language! On a lighter note, I admit to a small obsession with makeup and lashes. TikTok put me on to individual lash application, plant mama life, hiking, and kayaking, and honestly, I am not sure who I am becoming in this season, but I am here for it all! There’s no balance here. It's a daily tussle, but one that I embrace with a smile (and maybe a bit of waterproof mascara).

Curiously enough, I often find myself in conversations with random strangers about their relationships. It seems my aura invites these chats, and honestly, I love it. It's these real, human connections that fuel my passion for what I do.
